'I was never the girl who had my whole wedding planned out long before I got engaged. I was worried picking a dress would be the most difficult part of the process, but I could not have been more wrong! Walking into The White Magnolia in Atlanta, GA I immediately felt comfortable. There was no pressure to find “the one,” they truly just wanted it to be a great experience! As I walked through the rows of beautiful dresses, immediately one stood out to me. We tried it on first, and I think in that moment my mom, best friend and future mother-in-law all knew that was the one. Originally, the dress had thin straps, and Kelly had the idea to remove the straps to make it strapless. As soon as she did, there was no doubt it was the dress for me! Kelly even helped me update my mom’s beautiful veil to help give me my special something borrowed that added a perfect touch to my dress. The way TWM casually and patiently encourages each bride to follow her heart, without forcing their own opinions, was just the right environment I needed to confidently say yes to my dress! I only wish I had an excuse to wear it more often, one day was just not enough!'

Her Advice: "Take everything in and have fun with it! Finding your wedding dress should be one of the most fun and exciting moments of your wedding planning journey! Throughout this process, you are going to try on so many dresses, so it's important to think about how each dress makes you feel. Your dress should be an elevated version of yourself, making you feel the upmost beautiful and confident. When you don't want to take the dress off then that should be your answer!"

Operations Specialist

Lead Stylist

Her Advice: "Wedding dress shopping should be fun, so don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Try on different styles and communicate how every dress makes you feel - good and bad. When you find the one, trust your gut just like you did about your fiancé. When you know, you know!"

Her Advice: "Dress shopping should be fun and stress free! Don’t overthink or over analyze when trying on gowns. Relax and enjoy the process! Be open and communicate with your stylist how you’re feeling when you’re in each dress. You want your dress to feel like you, but a glamorous, elevated version of you! Take a deep breath, trust your gut and enjoy your time finding the ONE!"

Her Advice: "Whether you’ve dreamed of your wedding dress since you were 5, or never even given a thought to it, I’m here to guide you to a vision that you will love even 50 years later.
