The White Magnolia Fashion Internship is a 10 week program that offers students day-to-day learning opportunities and real world experience at each of our seven TWM locations. Our bridal boutiques are a fast-pace, ever-changing and team-oriented environment. Interns need to feel confident communicating with brides, collaborating with team members and assisting with store tasks. Weekend availability is a must, and ideal candidates should be fun-loving, motivated and eager to learn!
This internship opportunity is for school credit, with hourly weekend compensation. Responsibilities and benefits include managing inventory, scheduling bridal appointments, assisting brides in their wedding gown search and learning different bridal designers, styles and fabrics.

'I was a sophomore at The University of Alabama studying fashion design and merchandising in search of a summer internship, ideally in the bridal field. By chance, my cousin had recently shopped for her wedding dress at The White Magnolia and raved about her one-on-one dress shopping experience. I immediately reached out to one of the owners, Mallory, expressing my interest and was hired as the very first White Magnolia intern. Day one of my summer internship I instantly fell in love with all things bridal. After an amazing summer of learning how to style brides, work with different designers, and all the other unique aspects of the bridal industry, I knew I was going to turn my internship into a career. The following summer I was offered a part-time bridal assistant position. When I graduated, I was offered a full-time bridal stylist position at the Atlanta location. Fast forward a couple of years, I am now the manager of our newest sister store, Magnolia Laine. I can honestly tell you I have my dream job! The White Magnolia is the best place for someone wanting a career in bridal and I couldn’t be more thankful to all of the supportive women who have mentored me and made my dreams a reality.'
