Over a decade ago, founders Kerrie Hileman and Mallory Thorburn were inspired to create their own personalized bridal boutique, focusing on a one-of-a-kind gown shopping experience for every bride. After opening the first White Magnolia boutique in Jacksonville, Florida, we grew quickly and today can be found in multiple states across the southeast.
Our light and airy spaces create a warm and inviting environment for each of our guests. You can expect stylists to be welcoming and knowledgeable of the store inventory, ready to help the bride find exactly what she envisions for her special day. Each gown collection is unique to its store, based on industry trends and extensive market research—perfect for creating a bridal look that is unique to your style.
The White Magnolia has been featured in Southern Bride, People, Carats & Cake, and Rocky Mountain Bride, along with being named 'Best Bridal Shop' by Brides Magazine, Southern Living Magazine, The Knot, and Wedding Wire.
OUR FOUNDERS
Kerrie Hileman is a Jacksonville, Florida native. When she became engaged in 2010, she fell in love with bridal and the entire gown shopping process. She left her corporate life as a CPA and set out to open a boutique that provided brides a unique and exceptional experience coupled with beautiful gown selection. Kerrie’s goal is to ensure that each bride who walks through the door feels the excitement and emotion that comes with choosing a gown. Kerrie lives in Jacksonville with her husband, three boys, and golden retriever, Birdie.

Mallory Thorburn is a Georgia girl, born and raised in Atlanta. Also a CPA by trade, she chose to leave the corporate world after becoming engaged in February of 2014. She soon found her passion for bridal and teamed up with Kerrie to create a personalized gown shopping experience. The White Magnolia Atlanta opened in the same year, and today Mallory's goal is to position The White Magnolia to be the destination bridal shop in each of our markets. Mallory lives in Marietta, Georgia, with her husband, two kids, and rescue dogs Bo and Sam.
