Let's Save The Date
Please review the following store policies and follow the link to book your appointment date and time. Wedding dress shopping should be one of your favorite parts of wedding planning, and we believe it should be easy and fun! So below you'll find a few details to note ahead of your appointment to ensure a personalized experience!
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
During your appointment, you can expect personalized service tailored to you and a private bridal suite for you and your guests to enjoy. For this reason, we require a credit card on file to confirm your reserved time. There is a $50 fee for the New Bridal and Preview Appointments, so you will be charged for your appointment. Much like we respect your time in the store, please be mindful of your appointment time. If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be asked to reschedule.
Our stores typically have a waitlist as the date approaches, and for this reason, there is a
$100 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours or any no-shows. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we completely understand as plans change! We kindly ask that you give our team at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Since we are by appointment only, we appreciate your cooperation.
We strongly recommend having your wedding date and venue confirmed prior to shopping for your wedding dress. Due to high demand, we are only able to book appointments 15 months or less from your confirmed wedding date. We thank you in advance as we do our best to prioritize brides who are within the recommended shopping timeframe. Let finding the dress be the only focus during this experience!
GUEST & CHILDREN POLICY
We absolutely adore little ones but kindly ask that you do not bring any children under 10 years old to your appointment. This policy is in place to protect them and keep focus on YOU in finding your dream wedding dress. We have several heavy mirrors that are not fastened and delicate gown materials we don't want to see damaged. We want you and your guests to have fun and enjoy this special moment, and it can be distracting for all parties involved if young children are fussy. Our shop is quaint and cozy, so loud noises travel easily, and we want to create an enjoyable experience for all of our brides. If you have a special circumstance, please don't hesitate to reach out, and our store manager will be in touch.

Each of our stores can accommodate up four to five guests, plus the bride per suite. If you have more than five guests, we recommend our VIP Bridal Appointments, which is perfect for larger parties looking to celebrate! If your guest count changes from our initial appointment request, please let our stylist team know as soon as possible. Last minute additions may not be accommodated.
PHOTO POLICY
When it comes to filming and photos, we love seeing our brides sharing their experience and 'Yes' moments in our stores. This is a special time for you and your guests, and we agree it should be celebrated! Our only ask, is that you save gown photos for your top two favorite choices. We find the more time you spend on photos, the less time you have to try on more gowns. Professional cameras, ring lights, or any additional photography equipment are NOT allowed in the shop.
Pro Tip: Ask your stylist where the best angles and lighting are in the store—they will know all the best tips and tricks for the perfect photos!
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks into the boutique, including alcohol. This is in order to protect all of our customers and clients from potential liability. Our goal is to protect our gowns from stains and spills, which is difficult during an appointment when our focus should be on you as the bride! Don't worry, we will have a champagne toast available to celebrate when you find your gown!​
