Wedding dress shopping should be one of your favorite parts of wedding planning, and we believe it should be easy and fun! So below you'll find a few details to note ahead of your appointment to ensure a personalized experience!
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
During your appointment, you can expect personalized service tailored to you and a private bridal suite for you and your guests to enjoy. For this reason, we require a credit card on file to confirm your reserved time. There is no fee for the appointment itself (outside of our VIP Bridal Experience!), so you WILL NOT be charged unless you cancel or do not show up to your appointment. Much like we respect your time in the store, please be mindful of your appointment time. If you are over 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be asked to reschedule.
Our stores typically have a waitlist as the date approaches, and for this reason, there is a
$50 cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours or any no-shows. If you do need to cancel your appointment, we completely understand as plans change! We kindly ask that you give our team at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Since we are by appointment only, we appreciate your cooperation.
We strongly recommend having your wedding date and venue confirmed prior to shopping for your wedding dress. Due to high demand, we are only able to book appointments 15 months or less from your confirmed wedding date. We thank you in advance as we do our best to prioritize brides who are within the recommended shopping timeframe. Let finding the dress be the only focus during this experience!
GUEST & CHILDREN POLICY
We absolutely adore little ones but kindly ask that you do not bring any children under 10 years old to your appointment. This policy is in place to protect them and keep focus on YOU in finding your dream wedding dress. We have several heavy mirrors that are not fastened and delicate gown materials we don't want to see damaged. We want you and your guests to have fun and enjoy this special moment, and it can be distracting for all parties involved if young children are fussy. Our shop is quaint and cozy, so loud noises travel easily, and we want to create an enjoyable experience for all of our brides. If you have a special circumstance, please don't hesitate to reach out, and our store manager will be in touch.

Each of our stores can accommodate up four to five guests, plus the bride per suite. If you have more than five guests, we recommend our VIP Bridal Appointments, which is perfect for larger parties looking to celebrate! If your guest count changes from our initial appointment request, please let our stylist team know as soon as possible. Last minute additions may not be accommodated.
OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGES
We DO NOT allow outside food or drinks into the boutique, including alcohol. This is in order to protect all of our customers and clients from potential liability. Our goal is to protect our gowns from stains and spills, which is difficult during an appointment when our focus should be on you as the bride! Don't worry, we will have a champagne toast available to celebrate when you find your gown!​
